Ken Shigley is a trial attorney in Atlanta, handling wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury cases statewide in Georgia.  He now focuses his law practice primarily on truck, bus and product safety, holding accountable those companies that cause  death or serious injuries when they violate safety standards.  He often "thinks outside the box,"  using his three decades of varied trial and litigation experience in pusuit of creative solutions for clients. 

A "lawyer's lawyer," Mr. Shigley enjoys cordial relations with a broad range of the bench and bar statewide.  Much of his practice is based on referrals from other attorneys both in Georgia and across the continent. He was recently elected Secretary of the State Bar of Georgia.
